2. Charmsoffice.com - (Students & Parents) Log in and update all personal information and parent contact information. This is our primary method for email & phone communication. It is also how we keep track of financials, letter jacket points, and more.

Please read the Choir Handbook and do the following:
Complete both Digital Forms:
1. Student Form
2. Parent Form
Print out the last 2 pages of the Choir Handbook (hard copies are available in the Choir Room) and:
3. Return the Medical History Form filled out (hard copy returned or pdf emailed to Mrs. Robison)
4. Return the Choir Expense Form with cash/check/money order (payable to SCHS Choir Booster Club) or return it after you paid digitally.
5. Choir Handbook Quiz. (Students) All answers can be found in the Choir Handbook, in the document titled "Various Classroom Procedures," and in the Choir Classroom.
Self-Transportation Update Form - This question is already asked in the Handbook Digital Parent Form. This is only needed if there is a change from the original Digital Parent Handbook Form. In other words, only fill this form out if the parent has changed their mind about allowing their student to drive and/or ride with another choir student in lieu of riding on the bus.
