The Summer Creek High School Choir Booster Club is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible.
100% of donations go straight to the booster club (minus any standard credit card/bank fees). Because we do all the donations through our own systems, a fundraising company does not take a cut of any of the money that is donated. The money that is raised benefits all students in the following ways:

All contributions will be credited in all concert programs, displayed on a slide show at the beginning of every concert, and displayed on a banner outside of the auditorium entrance. Tickets are for reserved seats.

$1000 - GRAND UNDERWRITER - includes 8 tickets to Cabaret & Encore with reserved seating; includes 4 reserved seats to our free concerts
$500 - COMPOSER - includes 6 tickets to Cabaret & Encore with reserved seating; includes 4 reserved seats to our free concerts
$200 - MAESTRO - includes 4 tickets to Cabaret & Encore with reserved seating; includes 2 reserved seats to our free concerts
$100 - CONCERT MASTER - includes 2 tickets to Cabaret & Encore with reserved seating
$50 - PATRON - includes 2 tickets to Encore with reserved seating
$25 - FRIEND - includes acknowledgment in each concert program
$2500 - GOLD - includes 12 tickets to Cabaret & Encore & 4 shirts with reserved seating; includes 4 reserved seats to our free concerts
$2000 - SILVER - includes 10 tickets to Cabaret & Encore & 4 shirts with reserved seating; includes 4 reserved seats to our free concerts
$1500 - COPPER - includes 8 tickets to Cabaret & Encore & 4 shirts with reserved seating; includes 4 reserved seats to our free concerts
In order to access your free tickets, I will set up a "Pass Holder” account for you so that you can access your free tickets for Cabaret and Encore (as well as free reserved seats for free concerts, if applicable). Prior to the first concert where this would apply, you will receive an email (sent to the email you use when you fill out the donation form above) from “Ludus Orders” with a passcode and instructions for logging into Ludus as a pass holder. This will give you special access that others do not have and allow you to choose any showtime and choose your seats.
You will need to login and choose your showtime and seats because seats will not automatically be reserved for you. Please be aware that due to limited seating, all showtimes for Cabaret often sell out. You will want to log in and choose your seats/showtimes early.
I will send out a general announcement to all parents/students when tickets will be available. Also, it will be announced on our homepage at schschoir.org.
